3. Operating procedures

1) Tire disassembly and assembly method.

(1) Put the singularity inside the tire clean and remove all lead blocks from the steel rim.

(2) Press the tire with the detachment sheet of the rim to separate it from the rim.

(3) Place the tire on the workbench to support (or clamp) firmly, adjust the position between the disassembly head and the tire, and then lock it.

(4) Apply lubricant to the edges of tires and steel rims (soap water is also acceptable)

(5) Use a crowbar to pry the edge of the tire onto the disassembly head. The crowbar does not need to be pulled out. At this time, rotate the table clockwise, that is,

Removable tire. Use the same method to remove the other tire.

(6) For tires with a low flatness ratio, you can use the lever and pressure plate to fully rotate and squeeze the tire arm, which is convenient for the tire.

Disassembly.

2) Install the tire

(1) Apply grease to the inside edge of the tire first.

(2) Fix the steel ring on the chuck by removing the tire, place the tire on the steel ring and point down, and determine the position of the eye.

(3) Move the disassembly arm to press the edge of the tire, press the pedal, and gradually press the tire into the steel rim.

(4) Press the upper tire into the steel rim in the same way to complete the tire installation.

(5) Additional arm platen lever can be used to assist the work.

3) Tire inflation

(1) Pay attention to safety when inflating a tire.

(2) Pay attention to the pressure gauge to prevent the tire from jumping up and causing personal injury.

(3) If necessary, seat belts can be installed.

4. Maintenance and precautions

(1) Before performing maintenance, the power and air supply must be disconnected.

(2) The machine must be wiped carefully after the work every day. Lubricate the sliding and rotating parts frequently.

(3) Check the gas-water separator and oil mist separator frequently. When there is too much water, release it in time.
